SHIPPING & RETURNS

Jarganic Foods (“we” or “us” or “our”) intends to serve its buyers (“buyer” or “you” or “your”). This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the how you can take delivery of the Product and the role we play in ensuring the same. Please read this Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully and keep its terms in mind when ordering our products as they will be delivered in accordance with the same.

  1. Taking/Delivery of Product​

  • Our responsibility for services and transportation of goods shall be deemed fulfilled by delivery of the Product ordered to the address communicated at the time of placing the order. Nonetheless it is hereby clarified that our acknowledgement of this responsibility does not serve as an acceptance of any liability for damage to the Product in transit.

  • Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy to better understand what to do in case the Product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

 

   2.Shipping and Delivery​

  • Our shipping services extend across the boundaries and territories of India. Our standard shipping charge is between INR 50-150.

  • It takes between 5 to 7 working days from the time an order is placed and paid for, to the time the Product is delivered. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. We will take due care and reasonable efforts to deliver the Product in a timely manner. However, we do not take any responsibility for late delivery or loss caused to you for non-delivery or delay in delivery.

  • Note that we cannot be held liable for any damage, cost or expense incurred to such Product where this arises as a result of a failure on your part to provide adequate access/address or any other instructions or arrangements for delivery of the goods

   3.International Shipping:

  • We are happy to speak with you about international orders. We do not ship internationally for orders placed on our website. Please write to us by email at jarganic@gmail.com to place an international order with our team.
