Crunchy, nutritious and quick fix granola cups loaded with flavoursome jams and fresh fruits. These Granola Cups can be a breakfast essential, healthy dessert or daytime snack. These golden brown chewy and crunchy bars have become an internet sensation and have left the fitness world in a buzz. They are addicting and nutritious bites you can have at any time.


  • Granola - 2 ½ cups

  • Honey - 2 tablespoons

  • Jar'ganic Strawberry Jam - 4 small jars

  • Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate


  • In a bowl combine granola, honey and Jar'ganic jam

  • Coat a muffin tin with a non-stick cooking spray and spread the granola mixture evenly

  • Take a spatula and create an indentation in the middle for the filling and freeze for 5-10 minutes

  • Pour melted chocolate over into the granola cups and top it with nuts and fruits of your choice

  • Dig in!
