Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds - A cup full
Walnuts - Handful
Dates - 3 - 4
Almonds - handful
Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
Sliced Banana - 1 cup
Raisins - handful
Jar'ganic pineapple jam - 1 tablespoon
Milk - ¼ cup
In a blender add a small amount of milk, sliced bananas and dates , sprinkle cocoa powder for a chocolatey taste.
Then add Jar'ganic pineapple jam and blend them all together.
Pour it onto an earthy cup and top it with almonds, walnuts, raisins and seeds of your choice to make it nutritious.
