Ingredients


  • Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds - A cup full

  • Walnuts - Handful

  • Dates - 3 - 4

  • Almonds - handful

  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon

  • Sliced Banana - 1 cup

  • Raisins - handful

  • Jar'ganic pineapple jam - 1 tablespoon

  • Milk - ¼ cup


Directions

  • In a blender add a small amount of milk, sliced bananas and dates , sprinkle cocoa powder for a chocolatey taste.

  • Then add Jar'ganic pineapple jam and blend them all together.

  • Pour it onto an earthy cup and top it with almonds, walnuts, raisins and seeds of your choice to make it nutritious.
